Privacy Notice for Leads/Suppliers/Customers
With regard to your personal data processed by Marmi Rossi S.p.A., the following notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
1. Purpose, legal basis and retention period of the processing

2. Provision of data
The provision of common personal data is strictly necessary for carrying out the activities referred to in point 1. Any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data makes it impossible for Marmi Rossi S.p.A. to perform the activities referred to in point 1.
3. Disclosure of data
Personal data may be accessed by persons authorised to process the data and may be disclosed, for the purposes indicated in point 1, to:
- employees and collaborators of the company (Marmi Rossi S.p.A.);
- external collaborators;
- in general, all public and private entities where disclosure is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes indicated.
The data will also be processed for the purposes laid down by the legislation in force on anti‑money laundering. Personal data are not subject to dissemination.
4. Data transfer abroad and profiling
The Data Controller (Marmi Rossi S.p.A.) does not directly carry out any transfer of data outside the European Union.
Please note that the Controller may use IT services provided by suppliers that may transfer data to the United States. In such a case, where the transfer is not made to countries subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission, it will be carried out by adopting standard contractual clauses in compliance with the requirements of the European Commission.
The data are not subject to profiling.
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right:
- to obtain access to personal data;
- to obtain rectification or erasure of such data;
- to obtain restriction of the processing concerning him or her;
- to object to the processing;
- to data portability;
- to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Garante Privacy – www.garanteprivacy.it).
